It's Okay....

  Feeling a bit of homesickness, Stix sits down in its office. It stares longingly at a small plant that it had taken from its home as a small decoration, but somehow, for some reason, the more stix stared at it, the lonelier Stix felt. 
"Why am I feeling this? Why now of all times?" it thought.
It let out a long sigh, "I'm sure it's just a thing that'll fade away soon... right?" It asked the little plant. The little plant only waved at it as if it wanted to cheer Stix up.
 
 Stix began to reflect back on its past, those it left behind without saying good bye. At first it thought that it would be a good idea to not say anything at all, that way the departure would be less emotional... for them, but now it regrets that it didn't even look back, not even a little peek.  
"Stop doing this!" It hissed at the little plant, tears flooding its sleep-deprived eyes,  "Stop Showing me love that i cant give! It hurts! ...it hurts... My heart is breaking... I don't want this ache to start again, just don't say anything..."
Stix hid its head under its paws, trying to cry quietly so that the rest of the crew would't hear, " If somehow, I could leave it all behind and everything, do you think a bit of joy will finally come to me?" Stix mumbled out. The little plant wilted a bit, a small tear dripping down from it.

  Latte had been passing by Stix's office when it heard its soft cries. Latte knew that feeling all too well, but there was nothing it could do, knowing that both it and Stix do not get along very well. Latte decided to write a small note and leave a warm cup of milk at Stix's door. The note read; "It's okay..." signed by it, naturally. It knocked on the door before hastily walking away as if nothing had happened. Stix opened the door and picked up the note and the glass of milk. After reading the note, it smiled slightly, its tears finally flodding over and falling down its face, staining the note. Stix closed the door to its office and Latte slowed down, Looking over its shoulder it  sighed and smiled lightly. Latte began to walk down the hall again, now it began to feel lonely too. Its eyes were closed as it walked down the hall until they shot open in shock as it feels something squishy in front of it wrap around it. It looks up and sees that it was Squishyfins, it was hugging him comfortingly and it looked down at Latte as if it could sense how it was feeling,
"You shouldn't feel this way, y'know." Squishyfins replies gingerly, "you have us now..."
Hearing this made Latte lose his composure, bursting into tears and small whimpers and sniffles. Latte loosened up and let Squishyfins hug it for the first time. After a while, Latte was able to compose itself enough to look up at squishyfins as it says, " I can never see how you can be this way with me or why you're still around... explain to me why you do this to me!" Squishyfins just patted Latte with one of its tendrils with a warm grin, "Well you'd aught to know, I will always stay by you, no matter what." Squishyfins let go of Latte and began to walk in the other direction from it, " i won't tell Minami about this, don't worry."
Latte remained standing there for a moment, trying to compose itself again. After being able to compose itself once more, Latte began to walk down the hall again, "You'd better not leave me all alone..." It muttered to itself as it turns to go to its office...

((what did you think of that little thingy i wrote there? i was listening to this one song *cough cough* some of the lyrics are in there *cough cough* it's just a little thing to add more character to Stix and Latte. but i am actually pretty proud of both the writing and my artwork here :33))
